At Feathered Edge Studio, we strive to ensure our customers receive their art in undamaged condition so they may enjoy it for years to come. To make sure that happens, we make sure our store policies are fair, clear and transparent. Read on to see all our policies below. If you can’t find the exact information you’re looking for, please get in touch and we’ll do our very best to help you out.

  • Returns/exchanges are accepted only if an art piece arrives in defective/damaged condition.  Please contact doug@featherededge.ca immediately and before returning anything to us.  Must include original, unused product as received with order info.  May take 4-6 weeks to process.  Customer responsible for return shipping charges.
